Truwest Prairie Smoke
Truwest Prairie Smoke's owner (Bobbi Blankinship) had this to say about him:

"Smokey was a stud prospect from the get-go and I had him trained as a reiner. At the first Canadian National Morgan Show he swept the Western Performance division with wins in Working Cowhorse, Reining and Freestyle Reining, and he won a lot of friends, for us and for the WP division for Morgans.

We show him locally where we always get wonderful comments and interest in breeding mares of all breeds, and he has consistently won the reinings and working cowhorse classes and placed well in every other class he's shown in. This year he was grand ch stallion at the Dawson Co Open Show. At home he's the big cahuna during the breeding season and he also has to pull his share as a using horse. He loves to work and is one ride and a half, let me tell you.

All his colts that we have used have had a natural interest and ability working cattle, they are gentle and kind, they are good looking with neat heads, great western body balance and correct legs and they are smooth travelers with willingness to work at any

Still and all, to me, the very best thing about Smokey is that he is such a swell horse to be around. He's gentle and affectionate, respectful and well-behaved even at breeding time, my grandkids ride him around the corral and when they are a little bigger they can show him too. Reata, age 4, rode him to a ribbon in Lead Line this summer. We got a lot of interest in breeding from that class as the disposition was so evident."

We look forward too seeing what Smokey's filly can add to our breeding program.  We have great expectations.
