The blood percentage describes the percentage of blood that the horse contributes to the subject horse.AGR is the Additive Genetic Relationship between the subject horse and the ancestor which is defined as the fraction of genes the two horses have in common due to common ancestry. Another way to define the AGR is the probability that a randomly chosen allele at a locus (gene) in the ancestor is also present in the subject horse.
